As discussed - it looks like you first bountied a player in South Africa who has been inactive since 2010 ---777--- [629321] - and so you could not attack him. The System appears to not allow you to then bounty another player who is attackable by you for the purpose of completing the mission - -15- [1738369].

If I am correct I think you have made the mission impossible to complete

I think in this case, Pavel can reset the mission's progress? We can check.

Thanks, it would be appereciared, if i can attack ---777--- in SA. Or mission can be reset, so that i can afresh put a bountie and attack
