I dont understand the relation between bounties and firewall
Because a 7* Cyber Cafe is able to reveal bounties, so it makes perfect sense that having SYS firewall would block this.

the buy mug 'reason' could be a magnet false label, quite a few players out there that will add bounties on to anyone associated with buy mugging

You never know who has sys. Unless you try to hack their company. Youngins have them as well.
