Is this even legal? It sounds like discrimination, especially as this game has international players.

The game is moderated in English and torn reserves the rights to dictate it's tos if players felt the need to absolutely talk in public in a language not in English they reserve the right to chose another game
They can speak in non English in private chats/mails
Your logic would be if they applied for a job in the UK in Spanish it would be illegal for a company to ask the CV to be in English
