i used 2000 army points to increase strength, and 2000 army points to increase defense.
and now i have 2 million strength and defense ;)

This is how army points work. If you use 1k+ of them in one go, they give you a relatively decent boost when used on low strength/defense, which is why so many low levels in army job end up having the tank title because they have a lot of defense for their level and people stalemate with them.

If op spent that 4k points in def, he will gains more def since army job gives more def than str with the points.
