hi, its been normal paying for the subscibtion but since last two month. it auto deduct the payment from my car WHICH was empty with no money. so i topup it and payment repaid successfully. but i did not received any gift. and i wait until now. the 2nd month of error is continuing that i also leave my card empty money so i topop cash again to my card and sucessful payment but then still error.


i think the solution is now there should be a button to continue the subscribtion also and a button to received claim the gift. but any admin please check this for me tq

You have received your monthly gifts for the last 2 months, is this not what you are referring to please?

The gifts are credited on the 1st of the month, not on the same day payment is taken - points and donator days are credited on the date of payment.
