Xanax from item market didn't show up in my items

Hi, I can't find a thread which addresses this issue. I bought 15 Xanax from the item market (for about $12.5 million) and they did not transfer to my Items. There's nothing to screenshot, unfortunately.

I am on a PC using Google Chrome.

Well bad luck i am sorry to tell you, you propably fell for the xanax vicodin scam. Check if you got 15 vicodin more.

I have no idea how many Vicodin I had, so am not sure. I've heard of that scam, and make a point of avoiding it, but possibly I was careless--I don't know. Certainly looked like a normal Xanax transaction to me. I wish I had taken note of the seller, and would certainly report the person if I had, indeed, been scammed.

How would the scam work, if I clearly clicked on Xanax?

Some players list both Vicodin and Xanax at the same price.

The Vicodin sits at the top of their Bazaar, and Xanax at the bottom. Those that don't read carefully enough (I.e. just see a white pill and the relevant price), get the Vicodin.

Scamming is not against the rules, we don't get involved. The only one's who cannot scam, are Staff.

It's not against the game rules to scam people (at least not in this way; it is if they impersonate someone else or some other specific cases). So you just have to live with it...

The mods can check what you actually bought, if there's a glitch they'll fix it, but if you were tricked you're outta luck, unfortunately.
