How fo I train people? My company is 5 days old and I have people who have worked for me for 5 days and still the train option is greyed out

You get one train per day per star rank that your company has. You will get one train per day starting tomorrow (day you make rank doesn't count) to train one employee.
Can you do it at 0 stars?
The only way would be to put someone with high enough stats into a trainer position, though from a company standpoint that wouldn't make much sense at 0 stars. You need people in positions that bring in money first.
