Everyone Hates It When Someone Is Level 12 Or Higher And They're Still Newbie, It Can Be The Most Annoying Thing Since He Can Attack Others But Others Can't Attack Him, I Think They're Should Be A New System, Once The Player Reaches Level 5, They Will Be Removed From The Newbie Zone, No Matter The Accounts Age (but they can still use the new player chat)

Unfortunately this wouldn't work as there are a lot of people who hold their level (Quite often under level 10). It has to be done by age. Can you imagine someone holding their level at 5 but 3000 days old? can you imagine their stats?
