Trying to upload photos on my phone and no matter what I do it wont upload as pics are too big. Any ideas?

I use good 'ol paint for my photos. You can resize image to specific pixels and it will keep the ratio for you. There ARE also apps available out there to resize images if you are playing through your phone.
if You have an iPhone do what I do. From photos hit the upload key but when options come up, choose email and mail it to yourself. That will bring up choices on how big of a file you want to send. Choose a small or medium size file and then that will resize it. You can then download it from the email and then upload it to Torn.
make sure you are uploading it as an image and not as a profile picture, i had similar issues

- 5MB maximum size
- 2,048 x 2,048 Maximum pix height and width.
- Only GIF, JPG and PNG formats are accepted.
