So i loaned $135,000 the other day as that was the Maximum that it would allow me to take. Now a few days later my Loan icon says i owe it 1.3 Mil.

No this still has not worked. even if i got on the loan shark page it says i owe money.
I checked again, but I just cannot see you as having a loan out..

Well i for sure have not taken 1.4 Mil out of there because it would only allow $135,000.
