I looked and didn't see this problem. Occasionally, I've had an issue with adding items to my bazaar, display or even just managing the items in those spaces. When I click to add items, the quantity boxes all fill with 1 or 2's. I zero the 1/2's out, but they either reappear or when I press to add, all items have the 1-2's again. This happened before a couple times, and a manual refresh fixed the issue, or at most I needed to log out and back in. This time those fixes don't work and I haven't been able to add items to my bazaar or display for a couple days.
