Mine suggestion is simple if employ is offline for more than
2 weeks (14 days) (a time changed suggested by Nightmare [1637448]) his productivity should drop to 0. It will be much harder to run a lot of companies to Gold farmers if they need to login to each multi.

I’ve seen multiple companies with inactive/multis still at 8*/9*10* - particularly Law Firms, Restaurants and other lower income companies. Although I disagree with it, if you’ve ever run a company you’ll know that as you’re not actively ordering stock (ANs) or producing stock (Farms) there isn’t much that needs to be done.
It would mean that you have to entirely rework companies, or make the penalties for inactive employees much worse
Its actually shocking how much is being made with a company full of inactives. can see how this strikes a lot of suspicion considering they are all in the same faction and running TV companies all with inactive members.

not much rework now your productivity drops if you are inactive so adding 1 line that if player inactive 7 days or more drop productivity to 0 not hard.

Btw. I just looked through the faction and 25+ own a TV Company and it's harder to find a company with active staff, than with inactive staff. This looks very organized.
It's very easy to spot, because the inactives only have the gender and job symbol.
Pretty clever for a faction to run 10-20 such companies.
VPN and other proxy have been banned in China for years. I think this should be generalized to around the world. :)

VPN's might be banned in China, but that does not prevent people from using it.
