We have been working on a faction wide app lately and have realized it would make things a lot simpler and easier if previous personal stats can be retrieved using the API system.
Our faction mate and friend Adam made a suggestion which got [100 R+] and was passed on to Chedburn in the bugs thread.
Chedburn said it seemed simple :

It has been over 5 days since Chedburn last replied and we know he is busy. Based on his forum posts, he doesn't usually go through old posts, so we decided to make sure we give this another shot. (We understand that staff are busy and so is Ched, but he did say he needed more info and didn't get back to us).
The suggestion has no downsides, and will make everyone's life easier.
Currently you need to store someone's personal stats to compare them at different points in time. If this is implemented, there will be no need to log anything. We could just simply use the timestamps to compare someone's personal stats, or retrieve an earlier date.
TLDR: We want a way to retrieve previous personalstats values via api for either the caller, or any other user (using ID selection).
