Send Smart_Man a message and include the word reprobate in there. It's a little inside joke that I know he'll get, but he ain't gonna be laughing. Oh and make it a believable message in case the cops are reading it. Do it right and he'll know what I mean.

Make sure you click on the envelope button instead of the private message button.
It'll look very similar to an email, with heading and all. (Access through their profile)

Then you can type any message you want, but you want the word "reprobate" in it.

Just adding the word alone doesn't work, you have to actually send them a proper message. The idea behind the mission is to send them a normal looking mail with the word snuck in there, so the target sees the code word and panics, getting Duke what he wants. To complete the mission, most people simply copy and paste the entire mission text to fill the requirements easily.

The easiest way is to send the target this message:

Send Smart_Man a message and include the word reprobate in there.

That will be a complete sentence, and it contains the word, and you can just copy/paste it.

i pasted the entire thing just as Smokey123 said & the mission completed :)
