I bet on the Falcons vs Broncos preseason game. I took the Broncos giving 3.5 points. They won by 4, covering the spread & I still got a lost bet notification.

You lost your $500,000 Denver Broncos (-3.5 handicap) bet on NFL Matches - Denver Broncos @ Atlanta Falcons

If you hover over the bet in bookies does the handicap show a different number? Say -4.5 or more?

Kender_FAAFO [1674614] 3 Aug 2019, 17:10 TCT · #5

No, when the bet was placed. It was the same as the event I posted in the initial comment

You’ve hovered and checked?

Kender_FAAFO [1674614] 6 Aug 2019, 06:04 TCT · #7

No, I have the actual event message. The line was -3.5.

I don’t think that tells you what you bet on, can you try hovering, prove me wrong and edumacate me at the same time.

Kender_FAAFO [1674614] 6 Aug 2019, 14:14 TCT · #9

reading for comprehension. Tells you exactly what you bet on, how much & the line.

Still not willing to hover?

Stewie [1494547] 6 Aug 2019, 23:26 TCT · #11

Yeah, hover over your Bet please. I think it's the case of the event being incorrect.

Kender_FAAFO [1674614] 6 Aug 2019, 23:43 TCT · #12

Hovered & bet still shows the exact same thing as the event. I'm not seeing nor understanding what's so difficult to resolve.

Just need to make sure.

The handicap can change. What the event shows may not be what you bet on.

Will pass back, it will take time for the Developer to get to it though. He will.

The event should show what was bet on, there was a bug while back when it didn't, but that has been fixed and hasn't been an issue since. Only the bet page with odds update based on live betting odds, event & hovering show the same info.
