i started to learn graphic designing from torn a few months back and many players gave me tips(thx for that) but my exams started so i have to drop it...i read some tutorials and this was the piece i made...i know this is not even near the level of cl3ric0l and other gfx designers but i am a newbie soooo any tips and tricks??

for a start it would defo help if you scaled down the text,that would help more to see what is going on in the image.
Could you link the tutorials you looked at? and tell me what software you using?
It'll help to give advice to help you improve further.

You should maybe just have one thread with your portfolio instead of having multiple different ones, just to have everything in one place ;) Besides that from what i have seen so far, like your other thread, it seems to be challange for you to integrate text into your images without disturbing the overhaul look of it. On this particular image the character seems very faded out and barely has any contrast, probably becasue you painted over him with the same brush. If you could have only applied that effect to the background and only let a few lines go over the character, it might create a smooth transition with the character being the centerpiece of the composition. I hope this advice helped you a little and enjoy designing, never give up :)
I was testing with brush at that time so it isnt that good amd yeah i am not good with texts....wiil definitly work on that.
