Mobile App Help

I'm hoping someone can help my clearly non-tech savvy dumb dumb self.

I just got a new phone, upgraded from a galaxy s8, to the galaxy s10. I love it. It's flamingo pink. Anyways, I cannot get certain features from the app to work like they did on the s8. For example, it won't autolog me in, and then when I do successfully log in, it takes me to the account recovery page, so I have to hit back before it'll take me to my Torn home page. Then, it shows I'm logged in, lets me do all of my activities I'm trying to do, but the bottom bar still shows 'Login'. I cannot access the settings for auto login to be turned on, same with accessing it for my notifications so I can get alerted when I'm in cool down or what have you.

I promise you I'm not really a dumb dumb, but this is making me feel like it (lol).

Try clearing all the app data and trying again from a clean install. The App gives a bit of problems on some android phones.
If that doesn't work someone else may need to give a crack at it.

Might need to report in Bugs & Issues, that's a relatively new phone

Tried cache clearing to no avail. Off to bug report I guess.

This may not help, but I had a log in problem with another game once after I installed it. I shut down and restarted my phone (galaxy note 8), and haven't had a problem with it since.

On Mobile, I've always played Torn from a web browser. The mobile app, I think is crap. It's got a real weird UI with no support. I have to Force Stop the Torn App every time I use it to not get weird notification sounds that I can't turn off.

In your phone's settings, click on Apps, then look for "Torn". Then click "FORCE STOP". No more weird notification sounds. If there is an easier way to kill the notification sounds, I would love to learn how.

Despite me hitting the login button at the of the screen multiple times and logging in that way... i hand the phone over to Ohadik who taps the same said button and fixes the app...
