I have placed a bet (over 2.5 goals) on a match Hradec Kralovec v Varnsdorf few hours before the game. The game finished 8:0, but instead of winnings I just received a refund, without a clear explanation.

Sadly, the above is correct.

Betfair may have either changed something with the Bet or refunded it, which caused the Bet to be incorrect on Torn, triggering a refund.

Fortunately, we will be moving away from Betfair in the near future, hopefully preventing this all together (or almost).
