At the end of 90 minutes it was 3-3. And since the draw option was available in the bookies. It means you are betting on the result in the 90 minutes. Otherwise draw would never be possible in those Cup matches as it would go to penalties and ultimately always have a winner.

There are plenty of opportunities in real life to place bets on football/soccer matches, that are bets for the totality of the game, not just what happens in regular time. So it's not unreasonable to assume that this game's Bookie system does/could act in the same way.
So, if it's not explicitly stated what you're betting on, it can be misleading and/or confusing.
But obviously not to you. You know everything the world has to offer. Any subject on anything, you're obviously the go to person for expert knowledge.

as an aside, i was also unaware of the draw rules....
my team won on penalty kicks, hence i "thought" i had won my bet
later to find out the same thing...the only score that matters is the 90 minute score on those games

Unless stated otherwise, all matches are 90 mins. If there's a draw option = 90 mins = obvious.
Sometimes there are 'to qualify' bets (in KO rounds/QF/SF stages). Which have only 2 outcomes, both at slightly worse odds than a regular 90 min bet.
Yeah. In real life bookies. If the draw option is removed. The odds on the team goes down quite alot since there's less chance for you to lose your bet. For example. You bet on a team that are 1.8x.. If there was no draw option they'd actually be more likely at 1.4x.
Torn only seem to add 90 min matches. It can be frustrating for sure.
