I feel like if there was a way to get the "button" added to all of the places you've mentioned would be a great place to start. As for how to implement without breaking your current dialog boxes and button colors and templates is an entirely different question.
Sending money to players, using items, certain events that are tied to the events page in general could probably be ignored and add the button to the event tabs like in this crappy picture below.
It could match the same design as the rest of the page but would require changing column sizing a bit.

Elaborating just a bit on this:
any time a text-based confirmation is provided in any situation, using an item, using a boost, etc, as well as sending, spending, buying, etc.
anytime you have to click "yes" to confirm something. The next text-based confirmation would have the option to copy it with said icon from his reply.

It could also be added to the event list to copy individual events. We can forward events to people, but not channels... Although... Wouldn't it be nice to be able to forward events to a channel as a whole?

I think this is one of those things where everyone would opt for the text-based functionality and ease over the possible aesthetic of a cute little icon that may take months to implement.

Well it was worth a try. Enjoy the radiated blood bags though.
I'm not keen on anything that's going to clog up the UI like that, adding a link alongside other actual actions which is only going to be used one in a thousand times is just adding additional noise and complexity to the panels.
We would need to create an official 'copy text' standard. My first thought was to add a button to the top-right of these panels, but it could be simpler just having all 'result text' site-wide copy to clipboard upon clicking/tapping it, although there would be some conflicts with text that contains links.
However I'm starting to think this would be a waste of our time to actually implement this fully and properly support everywhere. You can just tap and hold any text to copy it currently, it doesn't seem like a big deal to me. Maybe one day when we're really totally out of ideas of what to work on next, but we're many, many years away from that point.

This 3 year old suggestion was requested to be graved after it was made obsolete with the addition of the activity log, released over a year ago.
No action is needed as the function exists within the log feature itself. Only improvement I would suggest on the log, would be single click copy to clipboard instead of requiring two clicks on each event but that's nit picking at this point.

I think it's also worth noting that the areas that were pointed out all generate a log, which does have a copy log button already.
