Its not hard to build your own really, its easier than IKEA furniture and you can find all you need to do it online. But still if you don't want to build it and don't know anyone that would do …

I've no clue what sek is but if you intend to use a PC for gaming and it's anywhere near the current price point of a PS4 I'd recommend not buying it. At that price even if it's the different of 60ish USD that pc is approaching functional obsolescence in terms of being a gaming rig.
Sek Is swedish kroners so one Usd is like 10 sek
and btw the pc i was thinking of is a good pc it has intel icore i7 and geforce 1080 oe 1070 gtx
does ps5 come out next year ?
buy ps4, you can then still use your ps4 games on the new and soon to come ps5
It makes no sense buying PS now.

Depends on if you are a casual or "full time" gamer.
I am a casual Gamer and like my Xbone (read console/ps4 in your case).
I have a nice laptop for work and play a couple games on it, but I chose console out of comfort.
I like my console as I have an awesome comfy couch and I just switch on and play.
If I wanted to game seriously I would however go the PC route as you can upgrade it and it can perform more functions.
I agree on the don't buy a console until the new releases come out

What's your budget? For 4k decent quality there is no way beating a used PS4 though, don't buy new.
pc master race
ever heard of psp?
thats the way to go ;)

Comfort is not really a reason specially if you have a decent laptop. One HDMI cable and one wireless controller, and you are good to go... (you can do it with a desktop too, but it sucks to drag a box around)
Personally the only reason i see to get a console is the price. A good desktop or a gaming laptop will cost a lot more than any console at the moment.
But then again, you save a lot on the games, i for example got over 1700 PC games on steam / origin / battle net / epic / uplay / bathesda that cost me maybe 2k euros at most from deals and bundles here and there (and very few full priced ones) (worth way over 20k euros at current price) that i will always be able to play regardless of the "generation" of my PC, while on a console you not only overpay for everything but you might be left hanging with a pile of trash one or two generations after.
So overall, if you plan on playing few games and woudn't really like spending much, console is the way to go. If you want to take the best out of every game and do enjoy playing everything you want whenever you want regardless of its age (Yes i still play games made in 2000, just because i can), then i would stick with a PC.
Not to mention you can do a lot more with a PC than gaming...

If you want a competent system to play any game on, and enjoy the depth of games, PC. Nothing else comes close.
Build your own, and don't buy the top shelf, as the novelty pricing is silly, and the software won't be able to push the hardware for 18 months minimum.
I've built my own PCs since 1997

On laptops its a bit more complicated, well you shouldn't really go for one unless you need it for something else really, or need the mobility at least, even though gaming laptops are bulky and heavy. (and with the same specs they lose performance wise to a desktop).. Still if you do want to get one by any reason don't go for the top of the line shiny and new option, that will cost you a lot. Look for deals on the previous gen top ones at end of life and you will get close to the same performance at half the price or less.

the thing is i dont really know how to build a pc ( desktop ) and dont know what components are good and stuff i would other wise built one and i got a budget around 15k swedish sek about 1550 dollars and i alredy have some games on steam and like that from my old pc but my dad also bought an 65'' 4k hdr tv and we do have a really comfy couch
the thing i said above i would like you to see that to for your opinion
seems you've already made up your mind
Who would pick a console over a good PC?
