There is a list of buymuggers in the forum you could notify the ownerof that threadso he adds the name. Also you might want to add all the names on that list to your blacklist, next time you sell stuff on the market ^^
Just use meds from your faction and quickly burn off the bounties, post in trade chat that you have bounties waiting to be claimed. Meds are far cheaper than bounties, so while you spend little on meds he is wasting tons of money. unless you have maxed out your medical cooldown You should still be able to train, crimes, race, etc
I'm a noob, I dont know the game perfectly, so no, asking for advice is not whining, lol. Many of you seem to have missed that, lol.
Also, Granted there have been a few people saying posting is a bad thing to do, I think I got a lot of positive and enlightening responses here! I want to thank everyone who added some new point of view or suggestion here! I believe I'm going to try to turn this out as a positive and make this work for me.
Your mistake was bounties expecting no retaliation. You played yourself because you got mugged. You'd have been better off adding him to the black list and moving on. Now you're on the forms making a stink about it drawing more attention to yourself and your situation. Expect more bounties for a while.

Yes i did mug you. You then bountied me with the caption Dick and got 2 other players to bounty me. I then messaged you saying I’m not sure there’s a need for anon I’m not that thick. In which you replied with more abuse.

like others have said I very rarely even place a bounty however you want to Bounty me and be abusive then you’ve earned it.
1. Sell large quantities with mug protection or in small quantities that wouldn't be beneficial to mug. 2. You shouldn't have bountied him. Just black list him, learn from it and move on. 3. You shouldn't have responded to him when he reached out to you, he was obviously trying to goad you on. 4. You probably shouldn't have made this thread. It might encourage him or others to keep on bountying you.

Now that you have blocked him on all channels, just train and get stronger. He's wasting more of his time and effort than you are with yours. Nows' a good time to get some opium and use it for the merit if you don't have it already. Same goes with med supplies. Get a bunch of small first aid kits and use them.
Under no circumstances do you unblock him. Part of this situation could have been avoided if you had just let go. So if you ever feel it, resist the urge to unblock him to goad him on. More than likely he'll get bored and give up, when depends on the player's temerity. Just try to play the game as normal as possible as though this guy doesn't exist. People actually hate feeling ignored so he might even lash out more but he has to get tired eventually. The longer it goes on, the worse he looks.
I'd advise caution with this next piece of advice because getting others involved can just escalate things. If both of you are in a faction, you can try getting your faction leader to talk to his. Two older players can probably negotiate with each other on both parties' behalf. Since you have him on block, don't try to get anyone to directly communicate with him. Speak politely and honestly about the situation and make sure it is clear your aim is peace and not to throw jabs at anyone.
if your in the hospital just med out and quickly use your energy and nerve . If you want to fly you need to be quick about doing that , and just make sure your online when you land in the other country ,buy your items and leave Also leave your revives on , maybe you will get some random revives, and the bounties will get claimed faster.
Work with a faction member or friend to collect the bounties with you in a coordinated manner. Split the profits, after paying for the morphine, and points/Xanax for their E.
It takes practice, but you can still chain, train, etc with bounties. The trick is to have multiple tabs open, on your target's profile page (or on gym if training - but remember to refresh page after medding out so you can train fast), so that the second you med out you can tab over and attack real fast. If you're fast, you can probably get 3 or 4 hits in before you get hosp'd. Honestly, its kinda fun trying to beat the person's trying to claim your bounty.
Managing med cool down is your biggest challenge, so only med out when you're prepared to do the things you can't do from hosp. And the more you do it, the easier it gets, so no worries.
As far as the bountier goes, don't ever let them see that it bothers you. Either ignore him, or fight back and bounty the hell out of him too. Either way, he's not going to like the result...but threads like these just feed them.
lmfaooo this is funny. You say you want to save money but bounty him? doesnt make sense. If you really want to succeed in this game you have to know when you are beat and just play around it. Don't keep retaliating against someone 50x your age and almost 3x your level. If you really dont want to deal with this guy again blacklist him and disallow exchanges. This is NOT harrassment and should not be posted as such.
