so apparently the mission "Cracking Up" is unbeatable because i couldnt send Duke's Will to the guy i was supposed to send it to.

no i needed to send it to JJJimmyJims [1933641]. i guess since he isnt an npc the untradeable block was still on for him even though he was part of a mission
