Hello ,does anyone know if ican report someone for repeatedly attcking me and other members of my faction?

You can report anyone for anything you'd like.

This isn't against our rules though, so nothing will come of it. Attacking is a game mechanic, learn to play around it.

Consider the following: this is a game that centers around crime and violence. Imagine a city where crime is your day and night job. Factions rule different territories of the city and jealously guard their own against anyone that even looks at them in a suspicious manner. Crime syndicates don't report bullying to the authorities... they deal with it the best they can. They grow stronger.. gain allies... they strategise.

When it becomes personal.. read the game rules on this.. that becomes a different matter entirely.

The long term way how to fix this is by training in the gym and getting stronger in other ways.

Another way is to make friends with players who are stronger than your nemesis and get them to lay down the law.

A desperate short term measure is bounties. But this could cause regrettable consequences ie they could bounty you back and bring in their friends to widen the conflict.

The best way to fix this is by training.

Trash-talk them in the forums. (Kidding)
What the others said, train and if they're bigger level, try not to engage.

You can report him, but they won't do anything because this is a part of the game.

It's not uncommon. Sometimes a player will go on a vendetta against you, not necessarily because you ever did anything to him.

Ride it out. It takes energy to keep attacking someone, so eventually they'll move on.

If the person is mugging you, keep only what you need on you and store the rest.

If you can't beat him now, training probably won't ever get your stats above his, though it will reduce the number of people who beat you in the future.

You're in a faction. Maybe you can ask one of your faction mates to go after him. Or you can put bounties on him. They don't have to be expensive, especially if his level isn't high.

There aren't many other ways to get back at someone who repeatedly attacks you. You can make him an enemy. If enough others also make him an enemy, it will reduce his trustworthiness for things like trades. That will also give you an easy way to keep an eye on him, so you can move more freely when he's traveling or in the hospital or jail. And you can work at a detective agency and delay his flights, though it takes 5 days to get enough job points for that, while he can attack you several times every day.
