Also happening in Vivaldi 2.5.1525.48 (but it uses Chromium's rendering engine, so that's not surprising).

One would think lowering the Z-index value would fix this but that's not the case. Perhaps the other elements are then too low on the index, however I have no idea how to find them to even check since I'm noob. Lets go HTML5 developers at Chedworks!
