PERCIVAL'S FAREWELL LOTTERY
If you're a global friend of mine, you'll already know I'm "quitting" Torn, so my last deed would be to give everything away in one last lottery. (I'll still be around here and there, but my activity is going to drop drastically.) I know 2 Billion isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things, but I hope this lottery helps out some people who need it. So, DISCLAIMER: I won't restrict anyone from receiving prizes, but I do ask that you please consider how much the value would be to you. I'd prefer someone with a net worth of under $100m to receive a gift rather than someone with a net worth of $20 Billion. I do this to help, not just to throw my money away, otherwise I would put it all in a round of RR. Pay it forward, my friends.

To all the people I've known in my 3 years in Torn, it's been fun. I don't think I'll ever leave permanently, but there will be times like this in my life where I need time to get away. As I said, I'll still be around occasionally. I just decided money was no factor for me anymore, so this seemed like the most logical step. I look forward to the future of Torn, and all the human garbage/lovely people I'll interact and get to know. Hope you all live your best lives.
