Support Group for DB Victims

Support groups bring together people who are going through or have gone through similar experiences. If you're facing a major illness or stressful Torn changes, including radiation poisoning and loneliness from your hospital bed, you don't have to go it alone.

I would like to cordially invite those affected by the recent and upcoming Dirty Bombs to join our support group, which provides an opportunity for people to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or firsthand information about their situation.

Together we can get through these difficult times.

I'll go first.

This weekend has been a wonderful vacation for me and my family. We rented a beautiful lake house an hour away and many of our close families (about 20 of us) got together for paddle boarding, swimming, games (ie Resistance, I'm always resistance, never a spy!), laughs, and relaxation. This morning I was up with my 3 lovely children at 6 AM, because, despite being on vacation, my children could care less about me getting sleep. A few hours later, I was getting them breakfast and waiting on their every need as usual. After noticing a dramatic change in lighting, I looked out the window and saw a mushroom cloud on the other side of the Lake. I quickly got my children to safety and while I was on my way back to check for my husband, I got caught in the shock waves and must have passed out.

I recently woke up in the hospital with a migraine and what the doctors tell me is radiation poisoning. I'm not sure what the next steps are for my recovery, but at this point I'm a survivor.

I'm here for you all, and may God shine His grace and mercy on you and your loved ones.

With that said, our support group is for victims of DB's only! You'll have to join the R* support group for cheaters if you need someone to talk to! Good luck :)
