Wait till tomorrow to get more missions
You get one mission per day. It accumulates to 3 max if you didn't do daily.
By doing every single mission.
However, I wouldn't recommend it. Some missions are a pain in the ass and really aren't worth the effort for the mission points they pay.

Do more missions. Or join a Private Security Firm (i think) and trade job points.
Like for example "Hospitalise XXXXXX 3 times" and get like 6 points..Pfft
