however, my subscription is still active. Could you please look into this.

I have not cancelled it and my donator house page shows it as active but for some reason my donator status has been removed.

In that case, please send an e-mail to payments@torn.com — include your in-game Name & ID. They try to respond within 12-24 hours. You definitely don't have a current subscription that I can see, though why it's not renewed I wouldn't be able to answer.
