Why have all the other players have to suffer the consequences of DBs? Who thought closing airspace and shops was a good idea? I don't feel annoyed at the actors involved in the bombing. I feel annoyed at whomever thought this was a suitable mechanic. Remove airspace and shop closing and replace with another thing, that involves whomever is bombing/bombed.
Revamp DB effects.

I AGREE 100 percent. Everyone should not be effected, because someone wants to attack a factions respect.
If anything they should be buffed, currently the respect loss is nowhere near worth 25b. Maybe in the future when factions have 20m+ respect
