Sit in a city job til you have enough working stats to join a company
Or find a company that hires any stats and offers free trains. The training will increase your working stats. There are some new startups out there that are hiring our kind 😉
The gains doing that are actually garbage compared to a city job unless you get trained daily. And tbh no 10* company will take 0 working stats
Get in a 10* Firework Stand, Music Store or Gas Station. They take what they can get regardless of work stats. Make sure they train for free.
Just look up job listings in the newspaper and ask them.

If you find someone to train you, make sure you log on once a day and keep your drug addiction down. There are some decently rated companies that will help you just for doing those 2 things.
