for more then a week all of my employes Effectiveness is 0$ - what could be the reason?
help please

They might not meet the stat requirements for their position. If they are drug users that can also affect efficiency as well as if they are logging on daily. Work environment is also effected by drug users in the company which also can lower efficiency. There's a lot of factors to consider when running a company.
Yea after looking at your employees they definitely dont meet the stat minimum. Plus you have everyone in one role.

But everything was fine for a whole month and suddenly they dropped to 0, thr bar of Efficiency: 33% but when im pressing employees they all on 0% - they was fine before
Try a different setup or just get better employees
For AN you want -
3 sexperts
1 store manager
1 receptionist
and however many positions left as sales assistants.
Only make people HR when you are training them for a few minutes and switch them back to proper role.
Set up TornStats and use the Employee Calculator on there.
For instance role wants 4000 Endurance... you want a person MINUMUM 8000 Endurance. So double the minimum requirements.
Have your advertising at least 1 million and have all Eductation unlocked possible for business so you can charge more for items.
Also buy the stocks to unlock bonuses for you as well..
