Hi there, Am wondering if there is a definite restock TIME of travel destinations, like South Africa? Every 8-12-16 Hours?

The spawn rate of items is set to restock after about half the time they take to sell is my understanding of it
Never really timed it but South Africa is 6 hours at least i sat there forever it seemed waiting.
Foreign item restock is one of the things in Torn that player action influences.
Items restock based upon how fast they were sold out. Time to sell out depends upon how many players go get them. This cannot be accurately predicted, but there are some reliable trends. When more people are logged in (basically 9AM-9PM London time) items sell out faster than other times of day. During World Travel Day, items sell much faster and replenish faster. During Dirty Bomb events, items sell out much slower and replenish much slower.
