We should be able to upgrade properties without having to leave our current one.

Having to fire all staff and paying for upkeep before leaving and then moving into property and losing happy is a hassle. There should be an upgrading option on properties that we would allow us to upgrade without having to move and deal with all that.

I think the whole property system needs to be revamped.

Additional property management options are needed:
You should be able to make more realistic moves when the property is under use. Examples being, selling property while occupied, extend leases, upgrading the property.

You should also be able to access all features of the property like the vault when leasing. This would help with the housing rental market and make those upgrades more desirable.


The property management page should also be improved.

Allow sorting based on leased properties and vacant, happiness, days left on leases and so on.

Currently you have to search page by page when looking for the property that lease just ended.

Plus it feels odd, you just going to upgrade a property and go "you're all fired" then upgrade the property then you come back to original property and as you see your workers depart its like "never mind, you're hired, i'll do a down payment now."

I truly hope this system is rid of and this suggestion becomes fulfilled. What a hassle to undergo all this.

I agree it is a hassle having to fire staff and take time to move into other property just to upgrade it especially if you own alot of properties this would save alot of time. Then come back to property and rehire everyone back I really hope this suggestion gets the attention it deserves and everyone should R+ it as ched needs to do something to fix this Thanks.
