Hello. So this occurred after i changed my password through email the other day to access it in another computer. Before, i can go straight to the home page of torn when opening the torn account in the app but now i have to click on the home button to redirect me to my dashboard.

Yes it is and at the moment it is still ongoing.
To resolve the issue (at least temporarily), log out of the app from the settings/notifications screen, and log back in with the new details. The issue will be resolved with the other report, whenever that will be.
