What happened to the last week's record? Plus I think I did ~3.4k damage to someome and it seems to have not recorded?

It reset not too long ago, maybe that's why
There is a chance its not a bug but...
Ive found the same thing in multiple active users:

I also searched some inactive users and come across some people that aren't affected:

So unless the stat was reset and these people have not seen any attacks/defends, it would be a bug

The best damage stat values were reset with last week's patch. So, whatever your stats are showing will be correct.
