quick question on companys that's been bugging me since day 1 do u get daily work stats gain like in the starter jobs or do u have to wait to be trained by the director to get work stats and how long does a person has to wait to get paid versuses the starter jobs.

You'll still gain working stats daily based on your position in the company. Being trained by the director is an additional way to quickly gain a good amount of stats. You'll also be paid daily (at 18:00 TCT, I believe) if you're set to be paid. Your pay is up to the Director, unlike starter jobs, which have a set pay based on your job rank.
You get a passive increase of work stats even when in a player company related to your efficiency. If you're at half efficiency and you get, say, max 10 int and 8 man passively for the position you're in, you would get 5 int and 4 man. Your efficiency will increase as you gain more stats
Trains come on top of the passive increase, and will always reward the max number of stats.

Many directors distribute trains evenly amongst their employees, some don't. Each train will give 50 of one (the primary) workstat and 25 of one (the secondary) work stat.
Payment when you start in a company happens immediately as does passive training. You must wait 3 days however to use company specials or receive active trains.
