ISO-8859-1 strikes again. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Torn to go utf-8.

I've asked multiple times for the frontend to be set to utf-8 since it's largely backwards compatible with 8859 but they still haven't, so there must be something else going on in the backend.

I see that the `content-type` header is now `UTF-8`, and that's great news!

I'd just like to point out that there's still a `<meta charset="ISO-8859-1">` in the source, and that conflict can still cause issues.
