Incorrect Passive Tooltip

That's done, drugs, addiction and radiation are now separate.

Two issues:

Seems radiation sickness is being added to the "drug" count (25 xan + 4 addiction + 5 radiation = 34)
~~When did we get decimal percentages and more importantly, where do they come from~~. This is fixed

Not only was mine made before that one, it also includes a 2nd issue their's doesn't (radiation stacking inside drugs).

It's just simply that I saw theirs first.
