Hi aurel, I'm confused on some maths here -

I start with +36% in speed. I then use a melatonin (+500%) and I get smoked (1/3rd).

If I have 1000 speed, +36% makes it 1360. Melatonin then makes it 6360. A Smoke Grenade then makes it 2120. Compared my original speed, this is +112%, however it is displayed as +116%.

Also the rad sickness percentage is added to the drugs percentage instead of its own line

+X% to Strength from Factions

Hardly seems worth a thread so I’ll just throw this in here, shouldn’t “Factions” be singular since you can only be in one faction at a time?

Thanks for the latest fix.

I believe there is also perhaps a change (possibly an indirect consequence) that has been made to group attacks.

Players with very low stats are no longer able to do any sort of damage to NPCs in loots - take this log for example: https://www.torn.com/loader.php?sid=attackLog&ID=21de561b84c0825f85d24c9758c5123f

There are more than enough players doing hits, such that the NPCs stats should be reduced far enough for players like Zuelashi and Jaydeva to do more than 0 damage (as they did before today).

Can you confirm:

a) Are stat reductions now capped at -99% (accidentally or by design)
b) Or have group attacking mechanics had a ninja-change?
c) (Both??)

Group attack 'bonus' is the same as before, however stats reduction is really capped at -99% now. It's by design, however Joe may take a look at this (I asked him).

Yep! There's a hard cap of -99%, the minimum that stats can be reduced by. I thought this was a good idea for niche situations, but perhaps it makes sense to allow -100%.

I agree with this as I don't think it should be right to see opponents buff/debuffs. As well as the points Proxima stats above it also appears to help identify if the target is on a Xanax or Vicodin cooldown. These are actions that should not be apparent to attackers in my opinion.

I think it makes sense to allow for lower reductions (whether that rounds to 100 or 99 in the display, or doesn’t round at all), otherwise you’re effectively setting a stat requirement for NPC loots which I don’t believe was the intention.

Would not mind a stop at -99%, it would promote the need for some stats before you can participate in npc attacks
