Finding employees for them are a pain in the ass though.
How about ones that are actually useful and easy?
Helps if you have all business courses done and have 1mil tcp stocks.
Ain't no such thing bud. Focus on doing all your education courses till you have a bachelors in business and then buy a 5-6 star company which you will cultivate further. For now your best action would be to join a company and save up till you are in a position to make a purchase.
ones that don't require stock purchase.
In terms of gaining fast stars with less education/benefit block requirements:
Any company that has very little competition. Check the job listings in the news paper, things like Gas Station and toy shops have hardly any 10*
In terms of getting employees easily:
Sweet shop and Adult Novelty I heard are pretty easy, stat requirements are low and a lot of newer players want those jobs for the easy income/battle stat training
It all depends on how you want to do it. I'd say just get some friends who are willing to help you out and do whatever company sounds the most fun to you.
