Turned all mine off yesterday, just came back from being afk for an hour and they are all back on. Possibly the MOST annoying thing ever!!

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, ensuring they are all closed again, and then let me know the results of that?

as i said in the original post its happening across multo platformsand yes i have cleared cache and restarted browser

It happened for me as well, on both Chrome and mobile Chrome. Closing worked, but they've now all popped up again.
Same thing with me. Just popped back up now.
I have the same thing. Went through all the pages to turn the tutorials off, and now they're back again!
Same for me on Torn app for Android.

Same here using Samsung browser on my Galaxy S9 and tested on Torn browser...same effect.
