How I could sell my current property?

You can only sell properties that you own that you aren't living in. There are 3 ways:
Via the estate agent and listing the property you want to sell with the agent
Via trade with another player
or via the properties tab and clicking the sell button (this will only return 75% of the purchase and any property upgrade)
