So I posted this on my Facebook but its something that I think everyone should be conscious of.

As you enter 2020 young and old please be conscious of these things:

You wont live 50,000 days. Seriously do that math.

365 days x 100 years.

Thats 36,500 days.

Most of you wont make it one hundred. Just to put that into perspective.

15 years equals roughly 5,475 days.

If you are obese, dont exercise, have a bad diet, or smoke cigarettes we can knock roughly 7 years off that and say you have 33,200 days on this Earth.

There are no do overs. This is not a practice life. When presented with the cold reality of death, yolo is a insignificant saying.

Take charge and get your shit together. New year new you right?

If this post helped you realize how little time you have and precious it truly is please share to a friend that may need to read this.

Feel free to post advice for 2020 here.

I wonder if this is what Tool were thinking about when they named their 10,000 days album... Probs a rough estimate of how many days they had left on this earth...

Well thanks for making the start of the year so sombre.

Or

“Live fast, die young, have a beautiful corpse,” was a favorite saying of Eternal Teen-ager James Dean.

Personally

I just want to do what I want and don't care what my corpse looks like XD

Thats a very kind thought you have there. If anything I would encourage you to seek out the benefits of black tea, raw cherries, and Tumeric.

Also look up Golden tea.

More than anything, they need to start vaporizing CBD cannabinoids to directly infuse their lungs.

I think that not everything should be sugar coated with positivity and empty promises to one self to treat oneself better.

We forget we are souls riding in bodies. Our vessels need TLC.

We often dont feel poor until we have an unfillable need.

he is going the radiation way...im not very excited about it. i have actually been researching big pharma over the last year...there appears to be a vitamin C cover up that i did tell him to look into.

main stream scientists dont seem to care since they are paid from big pharma.

Advice?
Unless they bring you food when you're hungry, sit with you when the weather is bad, laugh on your stupid jokes, and be happy for you when you're on top, those people don't matter and easily to be replaced.
We tend to waste our time and resources for the people who don't really matter and take the people who matter the most for granted.
There comes a time when you have to stop crossing oceans for people who wouldn't even jump puddles for you. And when the time comes, don't ever look back. Keep moving on with people who put an effort for you.

You're looking at much closer to 30,000 days than 50,000 days... and multiply that by 0.7 to get conscious-time.

... and that's assuming nothing catastrophic happens.

Bumping for visibility. I really think people should take a good long look at their lifespans. Most likely will stop bumping after tomorrow has ended.
