As you can see above, the event says I won the bet, wagering the OVER POINTS TOTAL of 49.5 points. The actual total was 46 points, but when I made the wager, the over was 45.5 points as seen below. Therefore, I should have won the bet, but the winnings are not showing up in the bookie winnings voucher.

Please rectify the disparity.

For whatever reason o/u results always give the opposite event. Been like this for like 10 months now with no fix. Need to wait for the new bookie provider to fix these problems I guess...

The OVER you placed your bet on was +49.5, as is shown in your Event.

The Bookies page is showing what it has since updated to, but your bet of +49.5 remains the same (if you hover over the red "-$10m" banner next to that bet, it'll show you that as well).

It is indeed just an issue with the event that is expected to be resolved with the new provider when that is released, but if not it can be re-reported then.
