Adding when a player was last active to the faction/employee roster would make things a lot easier so faction leaders and company owners would not have to look at each profile would make much easier to keep track of inactives. I also know that this would defeat one of the benefits of the advanced search tool that comes with being a donator. Also it would make finding targets easier. To help off set that you could possibly make it so that only faction leaders and company owners have that feature.
