Players You Admire

I appreciate the players that don't chat you up or nothing after you have mugged them.

Sometimes I will start up a chat with these guys after the fact. I have even sent back the cash because I would rather have this kind of player as a friend.

Drizella - we have been inseparable since we met over a year ago. Great friend, even better sister. One of the few I can trust with anything. Always has my back, and I always have hers <3

Raviie - for being the best friend and spouse a gal could ever ask for! Going on 3 years with him :D

Para - for always pushing me to do my best and bringing me back to torn. And also because sometimes I out hit him in chains.


Cristen - for still sticking by my side, 13 years later!

The people in my faction who have been there since the start have really helped and are a great group of people, but there are a bunch of them, and they know who they are. Outside of them,

IBF - Him and Mauk are obvious and should be on everyone's list. I don't even use Tornstats or DocTorn much, if at all, but it is certainly admirable to have created them and let everyone use them. Also IBF seems like the best staff member. As a random scrub it can often feel like I am ignored when I have an issue, but this is never the case with IBF.

Mauk - See above.

Andyman - I like maths. Sometimes his posts don't have any maths, but they are still good posts. Even when they seem made to stroke his own ego (c'mon, you know most everyone would have you on their list!)

Dude - Sometimes I can't tell if he is just ultra committed to being in character, or is actually an annoying idiot, but that is the genius of Dude. Also as someone that tries to lay low in this game to avoid the onslaught that comes with any post on the forums, I admire that Dude never stops mouthing off on the forums. His posts actually make me laugh out loud sometimes.

Bodybagger - I don't know if he is just super bored at this point or what, but if most people had his stats, I would think they would be swinging their nuts around nonstop knowing no one can make their life miserable with nonstop hospital visits.

PsycWard - My first real company director. I think he was mildly amused when a random noob he hired kept using the company chat, and pestering him with nonstop questions. He always replied though, and really helped me when I was less than 2 months into the game.

Then there are random groups of people I admire but can't, or don't want to, name anyone in particular, such as, people that hang out in Q&A and help noobs out without making fun of them, faction leaders that choose not to do fake wars, and really just anyone that helps out the little guys expecting nothing in return. When I was maybe 20 days old I had someone anonymously gift me like 4m and it helped so much. Never was able to thank them though :(

People I admire in Torn:

1. SexySugaKong559, always friendly and checks to see how I'm doing.
2. Dexy, she's always made me feel welcome in global and has been willing to help me with my noob questions.
3. Nena, she too has always been kind to me and made me feel welcome.
4. Chit, I've enjoyed talking to him every time we've talked. Great sense of humor.
5. HvR-LusT, awesome dude. Met him in my first real faction and always has great tips and is willing to help me with things. Also, though we don't talk a ton, when we do, it's like time never passed.
6. Midnight_Mack, my first faction leader. Great guy and very down to Earth.

There are more players I'm getting to know more and will most likely come to admire, just these 6 I've known the longest and have stood the test of time with me.

I kinda wish you had posted these in separate posts because I kept on wanting to like individual comments. I know I would have run out of likes to give. I like your point of view.

One thing I can guarantee is that I have never wanted your Schlong. up until reading your comment, I had never even thought of you as a person with a schlong. sorry... apparently it isn't y'all... however, I am often in the minority as far as points of view go, so you have that going for you...if the norm holds out.. that means a majority might just be coveting that schlong of yours!
