why not both?
Depends who is needing attacked if it's a newb do it yourself if it's high level 4500 days+ and still active chances are you are never catching up so will never be able to beat them

well i think its the same thing, if you man up and fight, i feel you are allowed to use all tools at your disposal to win the fight.
that means using bounties, using factions, using threads to buy more bounties on the target, use the forum to get support from other players. ect ect , everything you can do to be victories in the end.
if its just a normal fight between two guys, then sure, just simple attacks between the two is suffcient.
but if you really dislike the person, and that person have made you angry. i dont think you should hold back, and use any means to make the other person capitulate.
