    Looks nice - the third image is somewhat confusing since you're on the jail page I'm way more interested in the price of First Aid Kits plummeting though if I'm honest.

Hi everyone,

I'm happy to share with you our vision of Torn's dark mode, to hopefully gather some useful feedback that we can use to improve the final version.

We started looking into this last year, and since then we've been taking it a lot more seriously - we now have a full plan for how we're going to achieve it. You may have already noticed the icons around Torn being updated to 'SVG', not only is this a vast improvement for mobile devices & retina displays, and a much needed modernization - it's a necessary precursor so that Dark mode does not look horrific.

Please take a look. You may need to zoom in 100% for pixel-perfect examples, otherwise you can view 'Full screen' versions by clicking the arrows in the top right corner. You'll see four images...

- Standard Torn
- Dark mode
- Dark mode (Hospital)
- Dark mode (Jail)

Ched looks very nice. I think image 4 where it is darker is a better look than a more grey version, however I think this will get mixed feedback.

Other than that, nothing more to comment than looking forward to it.....soon!

Yeah but will dark mode help my faction not forget to make a hit in a chain with 600 seconds worth of lag in the height of an event?

I think Jeff and all his clones are innocent.

I am liking the look of it! Very easy on the eyes, and everything shows clearly.

I won't have to wear sunglasses inside anymore once it is implemented.

the 2nd one is beautiful! Love it. 3rd one is kinda bright which defeats the purpose of darkmode :|.

4th one looks like it has a faint coating of orange or an orange fade or something... doesn't look nice.

2nd one is better, it looks like it has a very faint coat of blue over it or fade and it doesn't disturb the eyes like the 4th one does.

Edited: nvm 3rd one is hospital which is nice. Good bye white screen of death! Whooohooo!!
Edited: yeah for dark mode this is wonderful. it will give my eye sight an extra few years of life now. thanks ched!
