noobs need to understand, you have to be patient if you want those juicy 10* specials or those juicy salaries. You cant expect a company thats difficult to profit off of (farm comes to mind) to pay you a salary AS WELL as their awesome sought after specials. Its just like IRL you start as the dishwasher, move up to prep cook, then line, then kitchen manager.
